Yesterday, the Evad3rs has released their Evasi0n v1.0 for Untethered Jailbreak iOS 6.x. From yesterday until now Cydia is unreliable because of too many iOS users going to Cydia at the same time. So this causes so many errors when trying to install a tweak or a theme. Today I will show you how to manually install .deb packages using CydiaUpdates.

to find whatever .deb packages you want and download them.
Step 6: Please note that not every single .deb packeages is free so you should know it by looking at the prices next to the package name. If there is no price then it’s free.
According to iDownloadblog:
Most repositories automate processes like checking for package dependencies and compatibility. You can take advantage of this by making a note of all the dependencies on the Confirm screen before attempting to install a package through Cydia. There are also a couple limitations to keep in mind: you won’t be able to install your paid apps without using the Cydia app itself, and this workaround won’t help if the repository hosting servers are offline completely. However, I was able to use this method to install SBSettings last night, just hours after the largest spike in traffic, while Cydia was still giving me errors.
